Before using Nexleon AI Voice, read this page to have an understanding of terms and conditions for our platform. You accept the terms listed below by registering, logging in, or using any portion of the platform. Please get in touch if something doesn’t feel right before continuing. Whenever you see “Nexleon”, “we”, or \u201cus\u201d in this document, it means\u00a0Nexleon\u00a0Pvt Ltd. And when we mention \u201cyou\u201d or “Customer”,\u00a0we\u2019re\u00a0talking about anyone using the platform, whether\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0on a free plan or a paid one.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. What the Service Actually Does<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

One can create and implement AI voice agents that manage actual phone calls, both incoming and outgoing, using\u00a0Nexleon\u00a0AI Voice’s no-code platform. It is used for customer service, sales outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and even job candidate screening.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The platform is constantly evolving. We occasionally add new features and occasionally\u00a0modify\u00a0or\u00a0eliminate\u00a0those that\u00a0aren’t\u00a0functioning.\u00a0We’ll\u00a0let you know if something significant is about to happen that will affect your work. We may simply\u00a0disseminate\u00a0minor updates in a covert manner.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Signing Up and Account Access<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To use the\u00a0platform\u00a0you need an account. You must be at least 18, and you must have authority to enter contracts \u2014 for yourself or for the business you\u00a0represent. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you are\u00a0confirming\u00a0you can bind that company to these Terms.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Your login is yours to protect. Anything done under your account is treated as your responsibility, whether you did it or someone else did. If you suspect\u00a0unauthorised\u00a0access, email\u00a0<\/span>hi@nexleon.com<\/span><\/a>\u00a0straight away so we can lock the account down.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We may decline a sign-up, suspend an account, or close one entirely if there are reasonable grounds to believe these terms are being broken. Where we can explain why, we will.
