Nexleon\u00a0CRM is a cloud-based platform built for small and medium businesses. It brings everything together \u2014 client management, project tracking, invoicing, support tickets, and team coordination \u2014 all in one place.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

When you subscribe,\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0not actually buying the software. Rather, you pay for the duration that your subscription is active\u00a0to\u00a0access our platform.\u00a0This implies that while you are able to utilize all features for the duration of your subscription, you do not possess the software code or other intellectual property.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Furthermore, your access to\u00a0Nexleon\u00a0expires when your subscription does or if we close your account for violating any of our policies.\u00a0We’ll\u00a0go over how to safely create and manage your account below.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Setting up\u00a0Nexleon\u00a0is simple, but there are a few things you should know.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>First, you\u00a0have to\u00a0be at least\u00a0sixteen,\u00a0and only real\u00a0<\/span>people\/humans<\/span>\u00a0can create accounts\u2014no bots or scripts allowed.\u00a0That\u2019s\u00a0how we keep things safe and cut down on spam. When you register, just give us a working email and some basic business info. We only ask for what we need to get your account going.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We only ask for\u00a0what is\u00a0necessary to set up your account properly. Each person or business can register for\u00a0<\/span>one free trial<\/span><\/b>\u00a0only. If\u00a0you\u2019ve\u00a0already used a trial, you cannot create another under a different name or email.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

It’s<\/span>\u00a0Your Duty to Secure Your Account<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>

Protecting your account becomes your responsibility once it is active. Keep it a secret and use a strong password. Never post login credentials online or share them with anyone outside of your team. It is your responsibility, not ours, if someone gains access to your account\u00a0because\u00a0your password\u00a0<\/span>was<\/span>\u00a0shared or haphazardly saved.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We are aware, though, that teams\u00a0require\u00a0a variety of users. Our user management system allows you to set up individual accounts for each team member. There are a set number of user slots included in each plan, and you can upgrade if more are\u00a0required.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

What You Are Able to Do and Are Not<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

You may only use your\u00a0Nexleon\u00a0account for authorized business purposes. It must not be used for any unlawful, damaging, or dishonest purposes. For instance, you are unable to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

  • Distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    • Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      • Reverse-engineer, hack, or alter the software<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        • Copyright violations or stealing of another person’s work<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
          • Make fictitious accounts or pretend to be someone else.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
            • Take part in fraudulent or\u00a0scam\u00a0activities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              Furthermore, everything that occurs under your account is your responsibility.               Prices, however, are subject to change over time. As technology and business expenses change, we may need to\u00a0modify\u00a0our prices. You will be given at least\u00a060\u00a0days’<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>notice\u00a0if we raise prices. This enables you to\u00a0determine\u00a0whether the updated pricing suits your needs.               Prices do not include taxes. Always have backups of everything you need. Export important data on a regular basis and keep copies outside of Nexleon.                         Each license is good for just one domain or installation. If you want\u00a0Nexleon\u00a0for more businesses or websites, you need more licenses. Running multiple operations on one license breaks our rules and can get your account shut down.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        Thinking about reselling\u00a0Nexleon?\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0need a\u00a0<\/span>reseller\u00a0license.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Even then, we have strict boundaries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                        You\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0sell\u00a0Nexleon\u00a0on\u00a0big marketplaces like\u00a0Envato,\u00a0CodeCanyon,\u00a0AppSumo, or any site. You also\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0offer\u00a0Nexleon\u00a0as a download for customers to install themselves. The software stays hosted on our approved servers, and people access it through our cloud only.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                        If you have a reseller license, you must pay us a percentage of your earnings, as specified in our contract, within\u00a010 days\u00a0of receiving our invoice. Failure to pay will result in the immediate termination of your reseller privileges.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        We promise 99% server uptime each year. That means, except for about 3.65 days, you should have access to\u00a0Nexleon. Planned maintenance\u00a0doesn’t\u00a0count against this\u2014we\u2019ll\u00a0let you know ahead of time when those are coming.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

                        If we ever fall short of that 99% uptime, you can request compensation for up to one month\u2019s service. Just make sure you document the downtime and show it\u00a0wasn\u2019t\u00a0caused by your own systems.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        To get the most out of Nexleon, your team needs reliable tech. You\u2019ll need computers or devices with stable internet\u2014at least a 1 Mbps download speed (faster is always better). Make sure to use a modern browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. We don\u2019t support old browsers like Internet Explorer\u2014they\u2019re just not secure or up to date.<\/p>

                        It\u2019s also up to you to keep your devices and the internet working. If your team can\u2019t get online because of a local outage or malware, that\u2019s on you\u2014not us.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nevertheless, we notify active subscribers about significant changes via email or announcements on the Nexleon dashboard.
