If it processes after the renewal date, then you\u2019ll keep access for that paid period and won\u2019t be given back any of what you just paid for that month.<\/p><p>After your cancellation, we will retain the data of your account for a reasonable period before permanent deletion. You may also want to export your data prior to closing your account; do that before cancelling.
